HOW IT WORKS

I PAY YOU CASH FOR YOUR UNUSED/UNWANTED PROPERTY

1) You sign the Purchase and Sale Agreement and return to me. 

2) I hire a local mobile notary to bring you a cashiers check and an official deed to sign off on. 

3) I record the deed at the County Recorder's Office. I PAY ALL COSTS. This process takes a few days.

In some cases, I'll need to purchase your property through a Title Company. This process takes a few weeks.

You sent me a purchase agreement, what is that?

A purchase agreement is a letter that expresses my interest in your land and formalizes the details of the proposed transaction.  If you are interested in selling, you'll simply sign the letter and text/email me a picture of it or snail mail it back to me. I'll then do some due diligence and I'll pay for a notary to meet with to finalize the transaction.    All that is needed is a couple signatures and then the notary will hand you over a certified cashier's check as payment.

I consider several factors when calculating an offer price. Location, topography, access to roads, utilities, water, and size of parcel are all determining factors.

I owe taxes on my property. Do you still want to buy it?
